1. High-risk trading
Foreign exchange, precious metals, CFDs and leveraged products may involve substantial risk of loss. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You may lose your entire trading balance and, depending on the product, jurisdiction and broker protections, could owe additional amounts. These products are not appropriate for everyone.
2. Cashback is not a trading return
Cashback is a conditional promotional rebate, not profit from trading, guaranteed income, a risk reduction mechanism, or a promise of reimbursement for losses. A customer may lose far more in trading than they receive in rebates. Do not place unnecessary trades to qualify for cashback.
3. Eligibility and holding period
Only eligible broker-attributed accounts and enabled symbols qualify. Trades must be open for at least 480 seconds (8 minutes), based on verifiable execution timestamps. Close By transactions do not qualify. Missing or conflicting records may be excluded pending review. Standard and verified Cent accounts may qualify; ECN and Prime accounts do not. For the currently configured program, 100 Cent lots equal one standard-equivalent lot, subject to the broker's contract specifications.
4. Indicative rebate rates
The current starting indicative rate is USD 8 per eligible standard-equivalent XAUUSD lot and USD 6 per eligible standard-equivalent Forex lot. Individual broker and symbol rules may differ. An advertised rate does not confirm a particular trade qualifies or that the broker will pay commission.
5. Broker and execution risks
XAUCLUB is an independent cashback service and does not execute client trades, custody trading deposits or control broker trading platforms. Brokers may have different spreads, commissions, margin requirements, execution practices, outages, slippage, price gaps, contract sizes and withdrawal conditions. Verify broker licensing and terms independently.
6. Account connection and data availability
Read-only investor credentials allow account-history access only where authorized and technically supported by the broker. Data feeds may be late, incomplete or unavailable. XAUCLUB's displayed provisional cashback can be corrected after reconciliation.
7. Manual cashback processing
Cashback is reviewed and manually credited by administrators only after verification, reconciliation and funding approval. The operational target is normally 24–48 hours after reconciliation, not an unconditional deadline. No amount is withdrawable merely because it appears as estimated cashback. Withdrawals are not active in this alpha release.
